Why Poop Scooping?
Like many families, our story starts with our son asking us if we can get a dog.
Naturally, we explained it is a big responsibility to have a dog. We decided to “borrow” a family members dog to test if he would really take care of the dog. He did a great job and even went out to help with poop duty!
We couldn’t believe it. I remember saying to Matt “this kid really wants a dog, wow!”
Being the planner that I am, I of course had to know everything there was to know about dog ownership before making such a big commitment.
That’s when I read the stat’s on how much dog waste is in the world and I also learned that most of it is not disposed of properly. Resulting in contaminated ground water & pets and families getting exposed to illness causing pathogens, parasites and viruses.
Being a Microbiologist by trade, this shook me to my core!
So we made the commitment and got our sweet boy.
Then we learned another lesson, A 10 Year Old will do anything they can to get what they want, until they don’t…It only took one time of cleaning up poo before we had to enter the ring to determine which family member would be on poop duty!Â
In an effort to keep the peace, Matt and I set out to the backyard with scoops & bags in hand. About halfway through we both looked up at each other and said, “We can’t be the only people with this problem, right?”
A little more research and here we are scooping for other pet owners that are either in need, have busy schedules or just plain old don’t have the energy to enter that ring yet again this week.

I’m A simple guy who loves his family. I have always been the hardest worker in the room no matter what I am doing.
When Nicki wanted to start this business at first I said, “I don’t know babe, I don’t want to pick up dog crap. That was my first job as a kid.”
Well, I guess it was a good thing I did that job because now I’m all in!

We have developed a specific process for cleaning our yards.
We do every yard exactly the same to increase our quality. You can check out our process in more detail.
We also offer our DOO-IT-AGAIN Guarantee. If you are not happy with your service please let us know we will make it right!Â
We offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Once A Month, One-Time poop scooping and Wyshiwash lawn sanitation.
We love dogs and are happy to clean with them in the yard as long we got to meet them first while they are on leash and they do not show any aggression towards us.Â
We don’t let them in the yard if we are applying the Wyshiwash because we don’t want them to get wet.
If they don’t like to share their lawn (it is theirs after all) we ask that you let us know when you sign up and keep them inside while we scoop.
Don’t worry we will send you a text 60 mins prior to our arrival so you will always have warning we are on the way.
Yes! We totally get it!
If we see dog diarrhea, parasites, blood or abnormal colored stool we will notify you.
If you know your pet is sick please let us know.
We ALWAYS sanitize everything that touches the lawn after each home but we have a special procedure in place for yards with known sickness. This procedure is an extra step we do to keep everyone, especially our fur babies safe.
No, We double bag it and place it directly into your trash can or in a designated place of your choosing if we do not have access to your trash can. This allows us to keep our costs low and we can then pass those savings on to you.
The cost of dog poop scooping varies based on the area of lawn we are covering and number of dogs in the home, as well as the frequency you choose.
This is because these factors can make for a drastically different time commitment for our scoopers.
