TERMS OF SERVICE
Pawriffic Scoopin is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we”
or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal and yard sanitization services to residences, businesses and commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern
the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire
us for, you are bound to these Terms. You are required to check the box that you have read our Terms of service agreement prior to services.
The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on
weather, presence of a known aggressive dog in the yard, physical obstructions in the yard (ie. Lawn Furniture, toys, trash, or recycle cans,) condition of grass height or yard debris (leaves), access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.
DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
Pawriffic Scoopin offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services.
These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Bi-Weekly Cleaning, Once A Month
and Seasonal Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/8th of an acre or less and even grassy terrain. Larger areas or hilly uneven terrain will have an additional charge.
ACCESSING YOUR YARD AND WAITING
The Customer understands that if Pawriffic Scoopin can’t access the area in need of cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or known aggressive dogs in the yard; the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply as we will need to do double duty the following service. Pawriffic Scoopin recommends adding gate combinations to your file or we will provide a combination lock for an additional fee (the cost of the lock) to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests us to come back before their next service date will incur additional charges of $5-$10 depending on distance from technicians’ location at the time. If we are asked to wait up to 15 minutes to access your yard, there will be a $5 fee, if the wait is more than 15 minutes we will move on to other clients and your service will be skipped and resumed on your next scheduled service date.
WEATHER
Pawriffic Scoopin will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow. Pawriffic Scoopin is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore, in these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following service date you are scheduled for. If our schedule allows, we may try to complete your service on a different day but we cannot guarantee this. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is very muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.
HOLIDAYS Pawriffic Scoopin does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your service day falls on one of these days, we will do our best to make up the missed day. However, this is not guaranteed if we do not have space in our schedule to make it up that same week we will skip service that week and pick up the following week if on weekly pickup or at your next scheduled pickup. There are no refunds for a missed pick-up. We will still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior.
VACATIONS Pawriffic Scoopin understands there are times customers will be traveling and may want to pause services during this time. Because we bill for that coming months services on the 1st of the month we require that you contact us in writing at [email protected] no less than 72 hours before the first of the month if you wish to pause a week of services. If we are not contacted according to this policy we can not guarantee that you will not be charged for the week of your vacation. Further we will not refund for those service dates. Please see our cancellation/termination/pausing services section below for more details.
LEAVES, DEBRIS, TALL GRASS AND SNOW/ICE
We will always do our best to clean your yard as well as we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in perfect shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. Sometimes we get a large snow fall or an ice storm that buries the waste. We will get every pile that is exposed and get more on our next service date as the snow thaws and reveals the waste to us We will not dig in your yard for the dog waste as that would risk us digging up your grass. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at [email protected] (for example an entire area of the lawn was missed.) For our DOO-IT-AGAIN Guarantee to take effect your lawn must be free of excessively tall grass, leaves, debris or snow/ice. Although, we make every attempt to have a perfect clean each time we scoop your lawn it is reasonable for our technicians to miss some waste in the event of tall grass, leaves, debris or snow/ice which are decreasing their visibility. If there is an excessive amount of yard obstructions our technicians have the right to add the yard debris additional fee if it is creating too much of challenge for them to complete the job. This is at the field technicians discretion. Please understand that all of these extra debris require our technicians to spend extra time then what is accounted for in our pricing model. While we do train our field technicians to only exercise this option in times that it severely impacts their ability to do the work it does happen at some points throughout the year.
ADDITIONAL FEES
The following are items we charge extra for:
- Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks ($5/visit)- (This fee is waived if you are scheduled to have a Wyshiwash treatment on this visit)
- Come Back requests-due to a lack of access ($5-$10/occurrence)
- Cleaning of rocks/pebbled areas ($3/visit)
- Very Hilly or uneven terrain- ($5/Visit)
- Waiting up to 15 minutes- If you make us wait to perform your cleaning ($5/Occurrence)
- A late payment fee of $10 will be added to each bill that is late. Payment is due at the 1st of each month. A bill becomes late on the 8th of each month.
- Excessive Seasonal Debris/Tall Grass/Snow & Ice- ($5/Occurrence)
SHUT DOWN POLICY
We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Years Day. You will be billed at your normal Monthly rate as we will need to do double duty on the next service date. If you wish to pause service for the shut down week please notify us 2 weeks prior to Dec 1st via email at [email protected]. If we do not receive the request to pause services for this week prior to your monthly billing date you will be charged as usual, and we will do double duty on the following service date.
STAFF SAFETY
During the initial cleaning visit we like the homeowner to be home and join our technician in the yard with their dogs on a leash so we can meet your dog and let them get to know our scent. This will allow us to observe how they interact with us in a controlled environment. This will help them feel more comfortable with us in their yard and it will help us feel more comfortable with them in the yard during the cleaning process. This is only required if you wish to have the dog in the yard with us while we scoop. If a new technician is scheduled to clean your lawn, we will notify you ahead of time so that technician can meet your dog when they come if you are not available to join your dog on leash we ask that you keep the dog inside during cleanings until this has happened and our new technicians is comfortable with your pet in the yard with them. (we will do our best to avoid changing your technician as we understand this is an inconvenience.)
If we have not been able to meet your dog prior to the clean up we ask that you keep them inside even if they have never been aggressive towards strangers in the past. Pawriffic Scoopin reserves the right to deny service with the dog in the yard if a dog shows aggression towards a Pawriffic Scoopin Technician even if we have provided service with the dog in the yard previously. We also reserve the right to deny services if it becomes a dangerous situation for our technicians as determined by our technicians. In the event this happens or a dog that was not supposed to be in the yard for service is in the yard and it prevents our access to the yard, we will knock on the door or call you to have you bring the dog in.
If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes we will move on and skip service that day. You will be billed at your normal Monthly rate as we will need to do double duty on the next service date. Please note that the additional waiting fee will apply in these circumstances.
COMMERCIAL SERVICES
Common Area Cleaning:
- Does not include: Micro debris (Cigarettes, needles, glass, etc), large items (bigger than scoop buckets), or hazmat materials.
- We will not be able to clean pet waste that is covered by leaves, yard debris, or encased in ice.
Station Service:
- Pawriffic Scoopin will need keys to pet waste stations before servicing.
- If station installation is delayed due to weather or supply chain issues, our team will clean around where the station is to be installed at the same cost until they arrive.
- Final station locations must be approved in writing.
Notices:
- Either party may cancel recurring service with 45 days written notice.
- Pawriffic Scoopin will provide 60 days written notice for any future price increases.
Billing:
- One time/initial payment is due upon completion of this agreement.
- Monthly invoices will be sent on the 1st of each month prior to services being completed. (Net 15)
- Services completed during the first partial month will be added to the first monthly invoice.
- Invoices that are more than 30 days past due may be subject to late fees and interest penalties.
Emergency Service:
- Pawriffic Scoopin may be able to provide extra service frequencies in the event of station vandalism, overflowing trash cans, or excess pet waste. This will be available on a per request basis and will depend on if we have the staff available at that time. If not it will be added to our route as soon as possible.
- If an additional visit is required, Pawriffic Scoopin will add the service charge on the next invoice.
Agreement Term:
- This agreement will continue to renew on a monthly basis until canceled in writing by either party
DISINFECTION PROCESS
Pawriffic Scoopin agrees to disinfect all equipment we use (ie. Hands, boots, rakes, buckets, tools) after each visit. We do this while still at your property so the equipment has an appropriate contact time prior to our arrival at the next clients yard. If the dog has soft stools we may ask to use your water spigot to help us with this process (we also let you know they had diarrhea, visible parasites, bloody or discolored stool.) We use Kennel-Grade disinfectant to do this (equipment disinfection), so we are sure to kill the organisms that often infect pets. Doing this allows us to keep your pet and our other clients pets happy and safe by preventing the spread of disease from yard to yard.
WYSHIWASH PROCESS
This is an optional service that you can add to your service plan or as a stand alone service. This service requires us to have access to a working outdoor water spigot. This service will kill organism effectively on non-porous, inorganic surfaces. We can not guarantee complete disinfection with this product especially on organic material (ie grass or areas that the feces remain intact). This product does still reduce the bacterial/viral load that is in these areas resulting in a better smell. This product is best suited for hard surfaces. This treatment is a requirement if your pet has a known infection and the weather conditions allow for us to use the water spigot. Please see our Ill Pet Policy Section for more information. Pets MUST stay inside during the application process and until the treatment has dried completely. While this treatment is perfectly safe to your pet once dried it can present an inhalation hazard to them while wet. We also do need to use the hose to apply this product and we do not want to get your dog wet or have them trying to “bite” the solution as it comes out.
WASTE REMOVAL
Pawriffic Scoopin will double bag all waste and place the waste into your trash can. If the can is stored in a location we can not access (ex. your garage) we will place the bag in an agreed upon location on your property. Please note: Our employees do not move your trash cans (this is not an activity our business liability insurance covers, it not only protects us but it also protects you as a home owner) or spend time searching for them in the event they are not in the location they would normally be found or the agreed location at the initial services. If you wish to change the location of the cans or where we leave the double bagged waste please let us know so we can update our notes in the field technician’s phone application.
APPOINTMENT TIMES AND HOURS OF OPERATION
Pawriffic Scoopin does not guarantee appointment times or service dates. We create our routes for the best efficiency and therefore pass those savings on to you. If you are the first yard on our route that day you will get a 30 min arrival time notification otherwise we provide a 60 min on the way message so you will know we are on the way. We scoop between the hours of 7am and 8pm depending on the season (dawn to dusk) these hours will vary based on daylight savings times and technician schedules. However, we will not be there before or after these times. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-8PM and 9AM-5PM on Saturday, Closed on Sundays. These are the hours that we will be available to pick up the phone and check emails so please keep that in mind if you try to contact us.
CANCELLATION/TERMINATING/PAUSING SERVICE
While on a recurring service frequency (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Once A Month) the following will apply if you want to cancel, terminate or pause service:
Cancellation or termination of services must be done in writing prior to the 1st of each month to avoid being charged for that months service.
To do so please write us an email at [email protected].
If you cancel services after the 1st of the month we will continue to scoop your lawn for the rest of that month if you wish for us to do so then you will not be charged on the 1st of the following month. Please note that NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellation after the 1st of the month. Also if there is any outstanding balances upon notification of cancellation we will charge the card on file for the balance. If we can not use the card on file due to it being declined you will be sent an invoice. If that balance is not paid within 45 days of the date the invoice was created, Pawriffic Scoopin will turn your account over to collections.
You can have your account placed on pause if necessary. This is something that people find useful for weeks they may be going on vacation or during our company shut down in December. If you wish to pause service for the shutdown week, please notify us 2 weeks prior to Dec 1st via email at [email protected]. If we do not receive the request to pause services for this week at least 72 hours prior to your monthly billing date you will be charged as usual, and we will do double duty on the following service date.
Similarly, we need to be notified 2 weeks prior to the 1st of the month for any weeks you would like to pause service if you wish to avoid being charged for the entire month on the 1st. To do so please write us an email at [email protected].
For example, you have weekly pet waste removal and your family will be on vacation the week of August 19th. We request you notify us via email on or before July 18th. We will then only charge your card on file for 3 service days instead of 4 on August 1st. If you pause service for 6 weeks or more you will need to pay for an initial clean up when service resumes. The cost of the initial cleanup will be determined by lawn size and amount of waste present during the cleanup.
You are solely responsible for contacting us in writing with appropriate notice (at the very least 72 hours, preferably 2 weeks, prior to the 1st of the month) as outlined above to avoid being charged for unwanted services (terminated, cancelled or want for pausing of service.)
Pawriffic Scoopin reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
ILL PET POLICY
Pawriffic Scoopin requires advance notice if your pet becomes ill or is ill prior to the start of services with any infectious communicable disease whether it is zoonotic or not. We must spend extra time, devote specific equipment, and use disposable equipment to decrease the likelihood of transmission to other clients’ yards.
We require that you follow this procedure when your pet has a known illness.
· If you are already on a service plan, notify us as soon as possible when you find out your pet is sick by calling or texting (330)734-8414. This is the most efficient way to contact us.
· We will need to leave a full set of scooping equipment at your home to isolate it from other yards completely. The cost of this equipment will be charged to you. You will be notified of the cost for this equipment prior to our visit.
· If this is your initial visit and you are a first-time client the free initial visit with recurring service does not apply to you. The initial visit starts at $199 for the 1st bucket, then $10 per 1/4 bucket thereafter.
· This situation requires you to be on a weekly service plan. The price of that is based on your lawn size and number of dogs as it normally would be determined.
· This situation also requires that you are on the Wyshiwash treatments at each visit. The cost of this starts at $50 for each 30 mins of run time. The discounted price for Wyshiwash treatment with recurring services does not apply in this situation as we will be applying it on your lawn for double the normal application time, so it is more effective at reducing the pathogen load of the lawn.
· We do not take the waste with us. We will double-bag the waste and place it in your trash can or in an easily accessible area of your property if the can is not available for us.
· We will disinfect the equipment prior to leaving each time even though we will not take it with us to another yard it will go a long way to decrease further spread of infection in the lawn the next time we use it and hopefully help prevent re-infection in the event the pet becomes no longer infected.
· This is required to continue until your pet is healthy and for 1 month post infection to be sure that it is safe for us to go back to normal operations.
· While we do not require the Wyshiwash treatment for every single visit at the higher application rate, we do still require you to get it applied at least once a month at the normal application time and discounted rate we offer clients who are on a regular service plan. This is required for the additional 6 months after the above requirements (7 months total time after the infection is cleared)
· We also require that you keep the equipment we used during the infection time period so we can continue to use it for your lawn at least until your pet has been free of illness for at least 6 months after their infection period (7 months total time after the infection is cleared). This allows us to be sure that re-infection has not occurred and our other clients will be safe if we start or go back to services as usual.
If Pawriffic Scoopin finds that a client has knowledge of their pet’s illness and chooses not to disclose it to us to avoid the additional fees associated with this policy we reserve the right to refuse to work with them again now or in the future. We take cross contamination very seriously and this is a zero-tolerance policy. If you have already paid for the month and we need to terminate our relationship due to dishonesty you will not receive a refund, and we will not return to cleaning your lawn for the remainder of the time you have paid for that month.
SMS/TEXT COMMUNICATIONS
User that receive a free quote on Pawriffic Scoopin.com and provide their phone number agree to receive calls and text message from Pawriffic Scoopin, including for marketing and promotional purposes.
Users may opt out of these messages in the future by replying “stop”
From time to time, Pawriffic Scoopin may contact you via SMS/Text Message for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an SMS message from Pawriffic Scoopin or click on a link therein.
If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Pawriffic Scoopin, you may opt out of such communications by replying “stop” to the SMS message or emailing us at [email protected] to be removed.
CONSUMER REVIEWS
Under the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016, Pawriffic Scoopin will legally prohibit and will demand the removal of consumer reviews that 1) contain confidential or private information; 2) are libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or are inappropriate with respect to race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, or other intrinsic characteristics; 3) are unrelated to the company’s product or services; or 4) are clearly false or misleading, for example, from a person we have never conducted business with.
HOW YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR SERVICES
Pawriffic Scoopin does not have contracts. Our services can be terminated in writing according to our above cancellation policy at any time. We require you to have a credit card on file prior to your first service date. If you do not have a card on file we will contact you the day before your service date to remind you. If we cannot contact you we will not complete the services until a card is on file. If we are unable to get the card on file within 2 weeks we will remove you from the schedule. Please note that the check option on our quote form is only available as a way for you to give us your information so we can contact you to answer the questions that you have prior to adding your card to file. We understand that you may have questions and we understand not wanting to put a card on file until the question is answered. Offering the check as an option was the only way for us to set the form up to allow for this. To add a card on file after you have given us your information via our quote tool you will need to enter our client portal via the link on the top right side of https://www.pawrifficscoopin.com home page. This is also where you would need to go to make updates to billing information in the future if needed, for example, a card expires.
We bill for services on the first day of the month for that months services to be rendered. If you wish to cancel, terminate or pause service please see above for that section of this agreement.
Our pricing depends on the frequency you choose, the size of your lawn and the number of dogs you have. Please note that our price quote tool only displays quotes for the average sized yard with flat well maintained grassy terrain which is less than 1/8 acre. If you have more land for us to cover than that it will cost more as it will take our technicians longer to walk and find the waste in a larger sized lawn.
The cost of initial cleaning is determined by the bucket at the rate of $40 for the 1st 5 gallon bucket, then $8 per 1/4 Bucket thereafter. If your pet has small or extra small feces as determined by our field technician the pricing will be done by time. $40 for the first 30 mins, then $1 per minute thereafter. No Credits or Refunds for partial minutes or debris in the buckets. (Please Note: Initial cleanings in the first 1-4 months into the year after the snow melts follows our Spring Cleanup rate because the waste is significantly harder to pick up due to the yard conditions being wet and sometimes partially frozen. See below for how this works.)
Although a one-time cleanup an initial cleanup and seasonal cleanups all seem to be one in the same they differ in some ways. A one-time cleanup is a situation where we come out just the one time for a specific reason (maybe you are hosting a party and just want to have it cleaned that one time), an initial cleanup is for someone who has not had their lawn scooped in over 30 days but enroll in regular cleaning services for us to maintain their yard after we complete the first big cleaning, seasonal cleaning is going to be those big cleanings of an average 3 months of waste accumulation over time, usually over winter or during a time there is a lot of yard debris like in the Autumn when the leaves are falling. In the spring the snow melts and we have a big, sometimes messy job to do. This is typical of a spring cleaning for example.
The one-time and seasonal only cleanings are billed similarly to each other. We must have your card on file prior to completion of the service. When we get there, we will asses the property and inform you of any price changes from the quote you were provided via our quote tool. For example, the lawn is not of average size (less than 1/8th Acre with flat well maintained grassy terrain.) We will not complete this service until you have approved this quote. If the quote is not approved that day we will add you to the schedule on a different day if needed, An additional comeback fee will apply in these situations as described above. We do the cleaning with your approval and charge the card on file upon completion of the job.
Here is an example of how you would be billed if you were choosing to become a recurring service customer. If you are a first-time customer and eligible for the promotional free initial cleaning (only valid during our promotional periods) your billing may look different. Please see the Promotions section for more details.
You will be billed for the remainder of the month along with the initial cleanup if not engaging in recurring services! Promotional offers are not valid for seasonal cleanups even when signing up for recurring services.
Example:
Matt signed up for weekly services and we will begin the Initial cleanup followed by every Tuesday cleanups on 4/15/2025. He is paying $18.48 per visit for Every Tuesday Cleanups.
The agreed rate for the spring time initial cleanup is 4.5-5 Gal Buckets= $200. On the first cleanup (4/15/2025), Matt will be billed for the first cleanup ($200) and the remainder of the month (2 more cleanups) on 4/15/2025.
(Amount Charged on 4/15/2025):
Spring Cleanup: $200
Remainder of April Cleanups (4/22, 4/29): $36.96
Total: $236.96
Next Payments to Be Processed:
5/1: $ 73.92 (Recurring Cleanups) (4 weeks)
6/1: $73.92 (Recurring Cleanups) (4 weeks)
7/1: $92.40 (Recurring Cleanups) (5 weeks)
One-time cleaning will be billed in the same manner as spring cleanups but will also follow the below agreement as well. If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month you will be removed from the service schedule until payment is processed. Services billed for the month are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, we are more than happy to clean for the remainder of the month for you if needed.
One Time and Seasonal Cleanings Pricing
Pricing is determined by the bucket or time whichever is relevant to your dogs feces size. If you have a dog that has extra small or small poop as determined by our field technician you will be charged at our by time rate of $60 for the first 30 minutes, $15 for each 15 minute increments thereafter. There is a $60 minimum charge. No credits/refunds will be given for partial time usage. If It has been 31-45 mins it will be $75, 46-60 min it will be $90 and so on. Most clients fall into our bucket method and that is as follows. $60 for the 1st 5 gallon bucket, then $10 per 1/4 bucket thereafter($40/additional bucket.) There is a $60 minimum charge. No credits/refunds will be given for grass, leaves, sticks or other yard debris that take up space in the buckets as these are widely unavoidable. Our technicians are trained to avoid this as much as possible to prevent you from being charged for an excessive amount of yard debris. Please note that if your lawn is not well maintained this becomes much more difficult for our technicians to do. If it is excessive there may be an additional fee details can be found above.
Pawriffic Scoopin pre bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service to be rendered. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If on weekly or bi-weekly service frequency and more than 30 days have passed since your last cleanup, an initial clean up fee will be applied prior to the restarting of services. If on Once a month service frequency and more than 45 days have passed since your last clean up, an initial cleanup will be applied prior to the restarting of services. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days maximum for weekly or bi-weekly clients and 45 days maximum for those on our monthly service frequency. If service does not resume after the 30 day or 45 day period determined by your service frequency you will be removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed after we see the property and we have rendered services but on the same day services are rendered. If payment becomes more than 45 days late Pawriffic Scoopin will turn your account over to collections.
LIABILITY:
Pawriffic Scoopin assumes no liabilities for damage to yards, gates, pets, vehicles or properties. By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
GATE PHOTOS:
We will take a photo of your gate secured so you can feel comfortable knowing that your yard is clean and safe for you pets to re-enter. We know how frustrating it is when a contractor comes and forgets to latch the gate completely. There is nothing worse than chasing a loose dog when you want to be making dinner after a long day of work! If you are enrolled in text notifications you will get a text or email with a photo of the locked gate when we are done. To change your notification preferences please do so on the top right side of our websites homepage at www.pawrifficscoopin.com in our client portal.
SERVICE AGREEMENT:
You will receive email with information about your billing activities from our CRM software Sweepandgo. You can also access your account information at any time via the client portal on our website’s top right corner at www.pawrifficscoopin.com.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:
Promotional offers are for first-time clients only. We offer certain promotional offers at specific times of the year, these offers can only be redeemed during the time frame of the promotional offer as determined by us when we place the offer on our website or in marketing material. We may not have the expiration date listed on every single mention of the promotional offer. Please see each offers terms to learn the rules. If you have received services from us in the past you do not qualify for the offer. All offers have a one time limit for their use. This includes any offer that we use on our website, social media accounts, ads or marketing materials.
FREE Initial Cleaning with Recurring Service Promotion
Unless a specific date is otherwise described in our website or marketing materials this offer only runs between the months of June-September.
This promotional offer requires that you complete 4 months of recurring service at a weekly or bi-weekly frequency with our company. If you cancel prior to the completion of the 4 months(billing cycles) of service we will charge the card on file for the entire price of the initial cleaning as was determined by the technician at the time the service was rendered. This will vary by the size of your yard, the number of dogs you had at the time the initial service was rendered, and the amount of waste which was accumulated in the lawn at the time of the initial cleaning. This charge will be applied to your card at the time we are notified that you will be cancelling services within the 4 months time frame. This promotional offer excludes our once a month service frequency. While the initial cleanup for clients that choose once a month service as their service frequency will be charged at a discounted rate compared to a one-time cleaning, the initial cleaning is not included in the promotional free initial cleaning offer. Here is an example of how this works with weekly and bi-weekly clients:
Successful Completion Example:
Matt signed up for weekly services and we will begin the initial cleanup followed by every Wednesday cleanups on 4/2/2025. He is paying $18.48 per visit for Every Wednesday Cleanups.
The agreed rate for the Spring Time Initial cleanup is 2 5 gal buckets= $100. On the first cleanup (4/2/2025), Matt will be billed for the first cleanup ($100) and the remainder of the month (3 more cleanups) on 4/2/2025.

Initial Cleanup: $100
Remainder of April Cleanups (4/9, 4/22, 4/29): $55.44
Total: $155.44-$100= $55.44
Next Payments to Be Processed:
5/1: $73.92 (Recurring Cleanups)

7/1: $92.40 (Recurring Cleanups)

Cancelled Early Example:
Matt signed up for weekly services and we will begin the initial cleanup followed by every Tuesday cleanups on 4/15/2025. He is paying $18.48 per visit for Every Tuesday Cleanups.
The agreed rate for the Initial cleanup is $100. On the first cleanup (4/15/2025), Matt will be billed for the first cleanup ($100) and the remainder of the month (2 more cleanups) on 4/15/2025.
(Amount Charged on 4/15/2025):
Initial Cleanup: $100
Remainder of April Cleanups (4/22, 4/29): $36.96
Total: $136.96-$100= $36.96
Next Payments to Be Processed:
5/1: $73.92 (Recurring Cleanups) Service is cancelled on the 25th of this month.
5/25: A charge of $100 will be added to the card on file because the services were cancelled prior to the 4 months on 5/25. Services will continue for the service date 5/27 if the client wishes us to finish out their services for the month of May (which they paid for on 5/1.) No refunds are given because it was cancelled outside of our cancellation/termination/pause section of this agreement. If payment is declined please see more details above in how you are billed section for what to expect as far as billing goes.
6/1: No charges or services will be rendered this month.
One Month FREE with Regular Service Promotion
This promotional offer requires that you complete 4 months of recurring service at a weekly or bi-weekly frequency with our company. If you cancel prior to the completion of the 4 months of service we will charge the card on file for the entire price of the initial cleaning as was determined by the technician at the time the service was rendered as well as any subsequent discounts awarded during the promotional period. This promotion gives you one free month over the course of 3 months by giving you a 33% discount for the first 3 months you are a client with our company. This is not an offer we run frequently and will only be applicable if we choose to run it. Here is how this works:

Next Payments to Be Processed:
5/1: $73.92-33%=$49.53 (-$24.39) (Recurring Cleanups) Service is cancelled on the 25th of this month.
5/25: A charge of $69.59 ($45.20+$24.39) will be added to the card on file on 5/25 because the services were cancelled prior to the 5 months.
6/1: No charges or services will be rendered this month.
FIXED DOLLAR AMOUNT DISCOUNTS
When Pawriffic Scoopin offers a fixed dollar amount discount it will be applied to your first billing cycle. After the first billing cycle you will be charged according to your scooping frequency, number of dogs, terrain, etc. as we normally would charge a client for the same number of dogs and similar lawn to yours in size and terrain.
Only 1 promotional offer per household can be used for that households lifetime and cannot be combined with any other offer. All promotional offers are for new customers only and only available for the dates each offer according to it’s expiry date listed. Pawriffic Scoopin has the right to offer, change and stop offering any promotional offer at any time without notice.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Our referral program is a way for us to grow our client base by giving a discount to both you and the person you are referring to us. You will get a $15 account credit towards the next billing cycle for each referral that lives in our service area and signs up for recurring services (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Once-A-Month services). One time cleaning referrals do not count for the $15 account credits. Here is an example: You refer Sally, Mikey and Tom to our services on 4/2/25 and she signs up for weekly services on 4/15/25. Sally will get a $15 discount on her 4/15/25 bill and you will get your $15 credit awarded to you on your next billing cycle. Because we bill on the 1st of the month you will get your $15 account credit applied to your bill on 5/1/25 because that is the next time you will be charged by us. Both Tom and Mikey Sign up for weekly services in the month of May. They will get their discount applied just like Sally did in April but you will get $30 off of your 6/1 bill because this month 2 of your referrals signed up for services. There is no limit to your referrals, however, your referrals must live in our service area. If they are not from our service area, we will not likely be able to provide them with services depending on how far they are outside of our service area. So please keep this in mind when referring friends and family to us.
REVISIONS
Pawriffic Scoopin provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you visit the Site to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of service may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
